Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos

This vegan dish is among our favourites of all times. The Buffalo sauce gives the tacos a spicy taste and, whilst still remaining relatively healthy with the fresh vegetables added to it. The dish can be served warm or cold, depending on the preference. Plus, you can fill up the tacos with whatever you have left in your fridge and goes well with it. Spice it up!
